Holidays are the time to be with family and friends, to have a celebration and to enjoy. They're supposed to be fun but all too often they are not.


You don't look forward to the holidays. When you think about them you feel anxiety, fear, trepidation, and exhaustion.


Why is that?


Because in your unconscious mind, you have memories of times that weren't so great. You may have dysfunctional family system patterns or social cultural and religious expectations piled upon you and this detracts from your experience of the holidays


So what do you do about it? You can set boundaries.
